Riviera Networks are an experienced and long established IT and telecommunications company based in Essex. They have clients and customers all over the country, from small to medium enterprises through to high-end business centres and property management companies in the heart of London City.
Riviera Networks invited me into the company in order to help reestablish and reinvent their brand, as well as improve their online and local presence.
The Logo

The new logo has been carefully designed to communicate the nature of the business, whilst at the same time suggesting approachability and professionalism. Versatility was also an important pillar of the requirement, since this logo would be rolled out company-wide across all existing and new print & digital assets, as well as company branded clothing for staff.
The Brand

A comprehensive guideline book was also created to protect the brand over time, detailing correct logo use, official colours and approved fonts.
The Website

The previous website was a static HTML solution with no visible call to action and almost no potential for SEO. Further to this, the content lacked engagement, and didn’t at the time promote Riviera Networks’ core products and services in their best light.
The primary objective of the new website is increased engagement through a positive user experience; I wanted to make sure that when somebody visits the website they are encouraged to explore, working their way down the landing pages via subtle animations and fade-ins until they reach the enquiry form. At any one time a visitor should never be more than one single click away from getting in touch with Riviera Networks.
I also wanted to instil confidence in the company, setting them apart from the competition as a dynamic, colourful and approachable team of experienced IT professionals.
In addition to the new company brand and website, office stationery, printed assets and promotional displays were also produced, and given the new brand treatment.
